WHY BE A MEMBER: As a member you will be connected with an association that is dedicated to keeping all of its members connected and informed. Our goal is to bring all the pieces together: landowners, developers, transmission companies, local businesses and community leaders and others necessary to make wind development possible in West Texas. Members receive a monthly newsletter concerning what's happening in the wind energy industry and information about upcoming events; they also receive weekly wind news emails and access to a wind energy information source. As a member you will have the opportunity to participate in several events throughout the year that will help you network with people involved in all aspects of wind energy development. Dues: $100/annually (min) $1500/annually (max) $1/acre/annually (voluntary) Platinum Wind energy developers, consultants, utility companies, transmission companies and similar entities. Membership has no voting rights, but may fill two advisory director positions. Dues: $1000/annually Gold Counties, Cities, school districts, chambers of commerce, economic development corps, and similar organizations. Membership includes the right to vote. Dues: $250/annually Silver Individuals or businesses providing services and products directly involved in the wind energy industry. Membership includes the right to vote. Dues: $100/annually Bronze Individuals, non-profits and businesses supportive of the wind energy industry but not directly involved. Membership includes the right to vote. Dues: $50/annually
